Responsibilities
- Own global talent acquisition program for high-volume requisitions across our Operations department
- Act as a consultative business partner to hiring managers, department heads, and executives, helping to improve our people strategy
- Source, screen, offer and close candidates for hard-to-fill positions
- Be a role model for others on the team and help to up-level recruiting across the org through your commitment to high-quality assessment, alignment and acquisition strategies

What you’ll do:
Own global talent acquisition program for high-volume requisitions across our Operations department
