We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team. In this role, you will be driving a high-volume, strategic talent program for a market-leading startup that truly makes a difference in people’s lives when they are at their most vulnerable.

What you’ll do:

• Own global talent acquisition program for high-volume requisitions across our Operations department

• Act as a consultative business partner to hiring managers, department heads, and executives, helping to improve our people strategy

• Source, screen, offer and close candidates for hard-to-fill positions

• Be a role model for others on the team and help to up-level recruiting across the org through your commitment to high-quality assessment, alignment and acquisition strategies

What we look for:

• Experience in a startup (or similarly fast paced) environment with high degrees of ambiguity

• Experience owning and evolving a high-volume recruitment program that spans across global markets

• Strong ability to harness data for decision making and storytelling

• Mastery of recruiting fundamentals including subject matter expertise, competencies-based interviewing and structured hiring

• Highly collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach

• Tech-savvy and ability to quickly pick up new processes and software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Sense of ownership and urgency around your work and the outcomes of our hiring processes
