Summary
Join Vasion's growing team as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) - Healthcare to drive customer success and provide technical expertise. The selected candidate will be the primary technical resource for TAM Customers in our Healthcare accounts, responsible for actively driving Customer success, being a master facilitator, and managing technology implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting Healthcare customers
- 5+ years of related Microsoft IT desktop support experience
- 5+ years Network/LAN/System administration experience
- 5+ years Providing Technical Customer Service
- Someone who understands logic and coding who is a self-starter that can figure things out
- Familiarity, awareness, and strong solid understanding of Infrastructure Knowledge in Azure and/or AWS
- Database knowledge and experience in MySQL and Microsoft sql
- Working knowledge of VDI (Citrix, VMware, ESXi, Hyper-V, IGEL & Google Cloud Platform)
Responsibilities
- Prompt, concise, and friendly communications providing high quality service and leadership to align with customer goals and requests
- Teamwork and collaboration with Professional Services, Systems Integration, Sales, Engineering, Support, Product Management, and Customer Success to effectively coordinate project execution and completion hand-off
- Ensure excellent customer experience with Premier Support and Master Facilitator, quickly and effectively overcoming any technical barriers encountered along the way
- Helping customers attain value from the products or services theyβve purchased, ideally assisting them in gaining more value than they anticipated
- Monitoring common technical support questions and creating scripts for handling those support requests at scale
- Give technical product expertise and recommendations to customers and partners while developing the role as a trusted technical advisor
