Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Consulting, Product Management, Business Analysis or Strategy & Operations in an analytics role
- Proficiency with data analytics programming tools (SQL, Python, R, Other) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Thoughtspot, Other)
- A proven track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects within cross-functional teams
- Impeccable business judgment, along with an inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external audiences
Responsibilities
- Support the B2B Analytics Lead in executing the technical roadmap for Tier 1 projects
- Collaborate with teams cross-functionally such as Product, Revenue, Product Marketing, Business Intelligence and Data Science to build, test and iterate on B2B analytics projects
- Troubleshoot technical problems and product bugs by analyzing complex datasets and working with internal technical teams
- Support the Lead in running PoCs and bringing solutions to market
- Support the Lead in working with technical teams to design experiments and validate hypotheses in order to drive marketing performance
- Support the Lead in introducing analytics PoCs with strategic clients; test and successfully validate custom use cases in order to establish a path-to-productization
- Support the B2B Analytics Lead in tracking performance OKRs (ex. data QA benchmarks, measurement accuracy, lower-funnel performance KPIs) to measure the success of technical enhancements
- Support the B2B Program Team in ad-hoc and daily operational tasks which include campaign reporting & measurement setup, ad-hoc data analysis and market & competitor research
