Requirements

• Leadership experience in a technical consulting or support role
• Advanced Linux skills, network administration, and deep internet protocol knowledge
• Expertise in network administration, including routing, switching, and firewalls
• Strong communication, problem-solving
• Security clearance as a must

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the technical consulting team, ensuring high performance and professional development
• Allocate resources and manage workflows to meet client needs and project deadlines
• Oversee Protective DNS service architecture and configuration for complex networks
• Lead escalated troubleshooting and collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Present Whalebone solutions to clients and partners, and occasionally travel for meetings and conferences

Preferred Qualifications

• DNS, Docker, and cybersecurity experience is a plus
• Data analysis/mining
• Experience with malware analysis or triaging
