• You are passionate about fostering strong engineering practices and processes
• Experience working on high-scale web applications
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack. Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo are preferred
• Experience with e-commerce at scale, operations, and distribution is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4-8 engineers
• Lead engineering initiatives that drive significant business impact, creating innovative user experiences
• Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions
• Work with the Directors of Engineering and Product to maintain a quarterly view of the roadmap
• Help meet company goals while maintaining our application's technical health and security
• Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line
• Collaborate with other technical leaders in product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more
