Remote Technical Manager, Golang

Summary

Join us as a Technical Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple projects within a program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects align with the organization's strategic objectives, are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in GO development experience
• Aws services knowledge (IAM, EKS, cognito)
• Microservices
• Service automation (Terraform, Helm), CI/CD and multi-tenancy
• With a track record of delivering complex projects successfully
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering results
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams, to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation
• Communicate program status, issues, and risks to senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes and practices
• Foster collaboration and teamwork across project teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices in program management
