Remote Telemarketer

Summary

Join our team as a Telemarketer at Jani-King of Eastern Ontario regional office in Kingston, Ontario. In this role, you will perform outbound calls to generate leads and appointments for the sales team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in telemarketing or a related field
• Previous experience in a large call center environment
• Exceptional written and spoken English language skills
• Strong sales background with a proven track record of meeting targets

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to cleaning contacts to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Report directly to Jerry, our Regional Director
• Utilize knowledge of the Kingston geographical region to book appointments effectively
• Manage the Jani-King database using HubSpot and our proprietary customer service web application
• Work independently to meet daily and weekly targets
