Remote Tour Operations Specialist

Join us at Ventura TRAVEL as the Tour Operations Specialist and be responsible for diverse functions such as tour guide and reservations management, and management of current provider partners. Your team is spread across different offices internationally, and your working language will be English.

Responsibilities

• Create reservations and operations of trips
• Checking invoices, prepayments, and expenses
• Be the main contact person for service providers and tour guides
• Negotiate with service providers: ensuring the highest quality standards and competitive provider prices for our growing portfolio of trips in different parts of the world, mainly Namibia
• Make decisions in favor of cost-efficiency without compromising on quality
• Find quick and cost-efficient solutions to operational emergencies and support tour guides on the ground
