Responsibilities
- Translate itinerary to English version and send it to suppliers all over the world. Communicate and clarify all request with suppliers
- Quotation and suppliers comparison, need to analyze the offer from different suppliers to select best solution
- Quote responsibilities: check, amend, re-check on quotes or generate quotes as requested; which include printing out quote sheets and attach where appropriate
- Offers responsibility: producing offers and sending to the clients, and manage itinerary changes on behalf of Sales (where needed)
- Go-Ahead responsibilities: prepare Go-Ahead documentation for the Operations team, attach the offer letter, final itinerary, original quotes and other documents on behalf of Sales (where needed)
- Provide admin and documentation support to Sales team, in relation to market situation, destination/ competitor analysis, agent profiling, existing account management, reports, etc. Build up the data base in a chart which can be share to internal team members
- Other support duties as and when assigned by manager
