Remote Traffic Manager

Summary

Join VOJ as a Project Manager and Resource Coordinator to manage all project-related resources, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure efficient and smooth project completion. Assign staff members based on availability, facilitate effective team communication, and grasp the availability of staff for daily projects.

Requirements

• 3 + years of experience in project management and resource management
• Team player, able to work collaboratively with different teams (Account, PMO, Planner, Creative)
• Experience in account management at an agency
• Able to work with a team and communicate proactively
• Business level Japanese required. English proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage all project-related resources
• Work closely with each stakeholder to ensure that the project proceeds efficiently and smoothly, leading to a successful completion of the project
• Assign staff members to projects based on the availability of staff
• Facilitate effective team communication and collaboration while maintaining an overview of the project as a whole, to support projects are completed on time
• Grasp the availability of staff for daily projects
