Remote Travel Concierge

Summary

Join our close-knit team at Wander as a full-time Travel Concierge, working remotely in the Philippines. You'll support guests staying at luxury vacation rentals, and enjoy a permanent work schedule with weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both verbally and written
• Ability to work holidays and weekends
• Smooth-running laptop that can handle multiple tabs and software at the same time
• Strong internet access at home (this job is remote)
• Decent phone (you’ll need to download an international calling app)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

Responsibilities

• Answering common questions with scripts
• Solving possibly complex requests from guests with creativity
• Using software such as ClickUp, Breezeway, and our internal software
• Doing tasks assigned to you by your manager
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams on various aspects of setting up a newly onboarded property

• Creative, good critical thinking skills, fast learner
• Empathy and listening skills
• Possesses empathy, strong communication, and good listening skills
• Tech-savvy, good with navigating around different platforms
