Travel Concierge

Summary

Join Wander, a fast-growing startup, as a full-time remote Travel Concierge based in the Philippines! You will provide exceptional support to guests at luxury vacation rentals, working closely with a supportive and collaborative team. The schedule is 5 days a week, with options for either a 4 AM - 12 PM or 8 PM - 4 AM shift (Philippine Standard Time). The initial two weeks involve training from 12 PM - 8 PM. You'll handle guest inquiries, solve problems creatively, and collaborate with various teams. This role requires fluency in English, strong organizational skills, and tech-savviness. Requirements

• Fluent in English, both verbally and written
• This job serves the hospitality industry and requires the ability to work holidays and weekends
• Have a smooth-running laptop that can handle multiple tabs and software at the same time
• Have strong internet access at home (this job is remote)
• A decent phone (you’ll need to download an international calling app)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

Responsibilities

• Answering common questions with scripts
• Solving possibly complex requests from guests with creativity
• Software such as ClickUp, Breezeway, and our internal software (we’ll show you how to use these)
• Doing tasks assigned to you by your manager
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams on various aspects of setting up a newly onboarded property
