Requirements

• Proven experience (12+ years) in leading corporate communications during periods of rapid company growth, transformation, or crisis in a senior leadership role, ideally in a technology or SaaS company
• Strong ability to distill complex business concepts into clear, compelling narratives and multi-channel communication strategies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to capture the voice of the leadership team
• Experience in crisis communications and reputation management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with strong leadership and people management skills
• Demonstrated success in partnering with C-suite executives to develop strategic communications that align with corporate goals

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and lead a comprehensive global communications strategy aligned with AlphaSense’s OKRs, brand story, and values
• Oversee media relations strategy to increase AlphaSense’s visibility in key markets and sectors. Oversee agency partners
• Advise and support the entire executive team, including the CEO, on external engagements, media interviews, speeches, written content, as well as internal communications, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging
• Ensure clear, engaging, and consistent communication with employees across the organization, identifying the right cadence, channels, and messaging to motivate and engage employees
• Lead the communications team, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to foster their growth and ensure alignment with overall communications strategy
• Lead crisis communication efforts, providing clear and decisive leadership to mitigate risk and protect AlphaSense’s reputation during sensitive situations
• Oversee the development of high-quality written content from the company and the executive team, including press releases, blogs, and social media posts
• Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of comms initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quickly adjusting strategies as needed
