Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
- Expertise defining, building, and expanding B2B and B2C SaaS products, particularly those with a high volume of transactions
- 5+ years of demonstrated relationship management experience with vendors and partners to identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships
- Demonstrated ability to understand the voice of the customer and design solutions to meet stakeholder needs
- A proven track record of driving long-term organizational and product strategy
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, build trust with key stakeholders to inspire and align multiple teams, and deliver on strategic initiatives
- A history of cultivating an organization-wide understanding of and effective collaboration with Product as a strategic voice
- Expertise in continuous product discovery, a strong business sense, and a passion for problem solving
- Passion for people leadership, building high performing product management teams, and developing exceptional talent
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with ActBlueβs overall goals and market opportunities
- Lead the development and prioritization of product roadmaps, ensuring a balance between short-term wins and long-term innovation
- Identify and analyze areas for exploration in order to diversify or deepen the ActBlue product offering, with an emphasis towards long-term vision
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization
- Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, track key performance metrics, and drive continuous product improvement
- Ensure product offerings are aligned with customer needs and market demands, adjusting strategies as necessary to respond to changing dynamics
- Maintain strong relationships across departments to ensure that colleagues are driving towards shared outcomes across the organization
- Work closely with the C-suite and other senior leaders to communicate product strategy, progress, and performance, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
- Partner with the engineering team to ensure product designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with technological capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering to drive product development from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
- Partner with marketing and outreach teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that resonates with our customers
- Work with customer support and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and ongoing product improvements based on user feedback
- Manage, coach, hire and retain excellent product managers, designers, and leaders across all levels of seniority, who own specialized domains and roadmaps
- Provide professional development for all direct reports (support feedback, regular check ins, goal setting, etc.)
- Serve as the primary advocate for the product portfolio, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and with key partners to showcase product leadership and innovation
