Requirements

  • Proven marketing leader who has built and scaled world-class product marketing teams through creative strategies, great communication, strong partnerships, and engaging culture
  • At least 10 years of experience in a people leadership position has given you a strong set of leadership skills, and a deep understanding of how to build a performance oriented culture
  • Confident in scaling go-to-market (GTM) motions, supporting revenue teams to drive growth and personally owning ambitious revenue targets
  • Prior leadership and working experience in ad tech and martech with deep expertise in digital advertising, data, and marketing automation solutions
  • Domain expertise in building strong categories with compelling messaging, positioning and data-driven storytelling

Responsibilities

  • Drive global product marketing strategy, collaborating with product, revenue, marketing and executive teams to create successful go to market motions
  • Own product messaging, positioning, value propositions and differentiators to drive exponential growth in each vertical and region
  • Build a successful launch process for all new products, solutions and features, enabling internal teams and driving the narrative of innovation externally
  • Deeply understand the programmatic industry, market trends, and jobs to be done, including client pain points, usage and buying behavior, and the partner ecosystem
  • Subject matter expert in identifying market opportunities and connecting customer needs to StackAdaptโ€™s product offerings
  • Enable revenue teams and advertising technology teams with the assets, tools and resources to win every opportunity we engage with
  • Educate the industry and internal revenue teams on StackAdaptโ€™s unique value and how we win at scale
  • Educate revenue, product management, marketing teams and strategic partnerships about the competitive landscape and competitor offerings
  • Own and and scale the StackAdapt Academy, our online platform for educating and upleveling industry professionals
  • Partner with CMO and executive leadership to build the category and expand into adjacent markets
  • Provide input and strategy into product roadmap, strategy, and pricing based on market and customer research finding, industry analyst interactions and competitive findings
  • Nurture and leverage relationships with industry relationships and thought leaders to evangelize our brand
  • Define teamโ€™s strategy, budget, hiring and OKRโ€™s to build and measure team results
  • Grow successful customer reference and customer advisory board programs
  • Craft engaging audience-specific content, including case studies, solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers and sales playbooks that can be utilized globally
  • Conduct ROI/TCO analysis and develop content to help customers make the business case for StackAdapt
  • Gather competitive intelligence on our key competitors and develop differentiation materials for the field and for external consumption
  • Support the team in setting clear goals and key results. Ensure that those are communicated and visible across the company and progress is shared regularly
