Requirements

  • Self-starter; strong drive and work ethic; willingness to take on big challenges and own the results
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced, fast-growing, and results driven environment within the Staffing Industry that demands consistent growth and excellence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to influence others effectively
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • Must have proficiency with an ATS
  • Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Partner with company leaders to design strategy, allocate resources, assign performance targets, create analytics, and more
  • Develop an effective plan to achieve Sales and pipeline targets at all levels of sales leadership. Track key metrics such as pipeline, contract and product-based performance, top accounts, and sales development
  • Uncover additional potential to sell and increase added opportunities while managing a team and creating and managing your own book of business. Lead by example and carry your own book of business as well
  • Create materials for Intelligent Staffing B2B audience, including contracts, proposals and QBR/EBR items. Manage and coordinate weekly sales and pipeline review meetings
  • Benchmark and measure sales and sales development activities & performance while recruiting, hiring, and training your team to focus upon growth strategies
  • Become a trusted adviser to our Leadership team to accurately forecast and provide a robust pipeline for sales revenue and growth in various markets
  • Develop and manage new business accounts
  • Complete posting, sourcing, and screening activities to fill open job requisitions
  • Create talent pipelines for future job openings and your clients
  • Manage existing candidate pools and work with recruitment staff for contract assignments and direct placements
  • Maintain your clients and candidate profiles in the company ATS, ensuring timely and accurate processing of job requisitions and submittals
  • Provide executive leadership in the development and execution of recruitment, sales, and account management strategies tailored for educational institutions and school programs
  • Lead, mentor, train and coach the recruitment, sales, and account management teams to meet departmental objectives and achieve goals
  • Own communication to C-level executives internally and externally on staffing trends, progress to hiring goals, and sales initiatives
  • Analyze recruitment and sales data to guide strategy and improve overall efficiency and outcomes
  • Design and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills and performance
  • Oversee the recruitment, sales, and account management teams, ensuring quality hires, successful sales efforts, and client satisfaction
  • Drive the teams to meet or exceed KPIs, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, sales targets, and client retention metrics
  • Stay informed on trends, laws, and best practices in industry recruitment and sales to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
