Summary
Join BlueCat's Customer Success team as the Vice President, Professional Services! This customer-facing role requires leading and developing a global professional services sales team, ensuring successful project delivery, and managing resource allocation. You will be responsible for revenue forecasting, budgeting, and achieving financial targets. Collaboration with other departments is crucial for cohesive customer engagement. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in consulting services, sales target exceeding, people management, and strong customer relationship skills. Requirements
- 7+ years of delivering and selling consulting services β consulting experience is desired or 5+ years of consulting / enterprise software implementation or transformation experience including driving business and operational change
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving forecast accuracy with oversight responsibility for P&L performance with strong business acumen
- Extensive experience in a People management and team development skills, with the ability to quickly enable new capabilities to team members
- Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering value and achieving customer outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Enterprise level project management experience (SOWs, contract management, risk management, staffing)
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global professional services sales team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth, ensuring team members meet performance metrics
- Ensure successful delivery of client projects and engagements, meeting quality, timeline, and budget targets. Oversee the strategic planning and execution of professional services sales plan. Ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs, delivering services within scope and budget
- Ensure the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for multiple projects, multiple teams to ensure efficiency
- Responsible for professional services quarterly revenue forecasting, budgeting and achieving desired financial targets for revenue and cost
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, and customer success, to provide a cohesive approach to customer engagement and service delivery
- Understand BlueCatβs value proposition, technologies and services and help position them to our clients in the context of an overall engagement strategy
- Collaborate with leadership across functions as needed to solidify Go-To-Green Plan for client migration projects as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the delivery lifecycle including acting as a point of escalation with clients as needed
- Support pre-sales initiatives involving Professional Services
