Remote Workforce Forecaster, Senior Analyst

As the Workforce Forecaster (Senior Workforce Analyst), you will be responsible for forecasting interactions and productivity, capacity management, pool management, production planning, and staff planning. You will establish and update historical forecasts, plan schedules, and provide advice on optimization of occupancy.

Requirements

• 4+ Years of Workforce Management Contact Center Expertise
• Bachelor's degree with skills in forecasting, scheduling, and data analysis (e.g., communication, economics, logistics, or math)
• Experience with NICE WFM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel), and Windows
• Thrives in outsourced environments, exceeding performance expectations
• Excellent problem-solving skills, clear communication (written & verbal), and strong presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Establishing and updating the historical forecast
• +13-week capacity planning, and production planning
• Taking care of the requirement planning and staff planning (agent schedules)
• Providing additional information regarding the optimization of occupancy
