Requirements

• Proven experience working as an Analyst/Senior Analyst in Consulting, Finance, Operations, Sales, Pricing or Business Intelligence
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or other robust CRM systems
• Comfortable performing analysis on large data sets to derive insights and creatively articulating recommendations to executive-level management in a clear and concise manner
• Superb attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Great work ethic complemented by a positive attitude and a desire to learn
• Demonstrated history of becoming a subject matter expert, taking ownership, and working collaboratively to drive measurable results
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including modeling) and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Define, operationalize, and report on our subscription billing model
• Support the incentive compensation process for our Sales team
• Prepare regular materials and reports for management highlighting operational/financial performance metrics, historical results, forecasts, and trends
• Manage and drive improvements to comprehensive KPI reports, including detailed operational and revenue analysis
• Assist in a wide variety of key special projects for the Dealer Sales and Service Teams and build business cases to support decisions
• Monitor Certified Dealer network trends, and provide fact-based recommendations to proactively mitigate issues before they arise
