Requirements

  • Proven experience in supporting cloud-based and SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with major public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Broad knowledge of IT systems, including email, file storage, networking, identity management, and device management
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting web-based applications
  • Understanding of data security principles and identity management best practices
  • Excellent documentation abilities, paired with a desire to share knowledge and mentor others

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement workplace technology solutions tailored to the needs of our employees, focused on enhancing productivity and collaboration
  • Supporting a broad range of SaaS services, improve device management, support access management, assist in procurement processes (reviews/configuration)
  • Lead and contribute to initiatives that improve employee productivity, working closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain reliable and resilient technology services, supporting the development and upkeep of business continuity plans to ensure smooth operations during any disruptions
  • Refine operational metrics and improve systems to monitor and enhance service health and performance
  • Develop specialized technical expertise in workplace technology areas like collaboration and productivity tools, security, endpoint management, and end-user computing
  • Offer expert support, guidance and troubleshooting for technical issues across our supported platforms
