Summary

Join Later as a Renewal Manager and be responsible for the retention and growth of your assigned customer accounts. You will manage the full-cycle renewal process, lead contract negotiations, collaborate with Customer Success Managers, and manage renewal forecasting and reporting. This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in renewals, sales, or account management within a SaaS, agency, or influencer marketing company. This position offers significant personal and professional growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company. The role reports to the VP of Client Success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in renewals, sales, account management, or revenue operations at a SaaS, agency, or influencer marketing company
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, with a collaborative approach
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets
  • Detail-oriented with experience managing contract workflows and revenue forecasting
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM and forecasting tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle renewal process for Later Influence customers, beginning 90 days out from contract end dates
  • Lead contract negotiations, including pricing adjustments, term changes, and upsell conversations
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to understand account health, usage, and potential risks or expansion opportunities
  • Manage renewal forecasting and reporting, ensuring visibility across revenue retention metrics
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales Ops to facilitate contract generation, approvals, and signature workflows
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce, including renewal stage, probability, and expected close dates

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $150,000 - 165,000 OTE
