Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
- Maximize customer retention rates by using effective sales techniques over the phone, video, and email in both English and French, with a focus on reducing customer churn and contraction
- Manage the renewal process to ensure Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is retained or expanded
- Assess license usage and complete true-up requirements for both English- and French-speaking clients
- Understand and align with customers' business needs and goals to generate accurate renewal quotes in both languages
- Provide administrative support for renewals to Renewal Managers and Account Executives
- Ensure that renewals are completed on time to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies, leveraging customer analytics and metrics, and applying insights for French-speaking clients
- Liaise with customers in both languages to ensure POs and order forms are accurately completed for internal approval
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in customer success, sales, or a renewals-focused role, with bilingual experience
