Summary
Join LastPass as a Renewals Representative and play a crucial role in managing and advancing renewal opportunities. You will manage the entire renewal cycle for existing customers, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with various teams. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a motivation to work at scale. You will be responsible for renewal strategy, execution, forecasting, account growth, and revenue retention. Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree or multiple years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated track record of consistently building customer relationships and successfully owning, driving, and leading the renewals process
- Strong relationship-building and renewal engagement skills, self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow as the organization expands
Responsibilities
- Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the customer success team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships
- Actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments; negotiate and execute renewal contracts (in partnership with legal) that align with customer goals
- Maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in the assigned territory
- Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth
- Develop the playbook for renewal engagement aimed at maximizing revenue retention
