Requirements
- This is an entry level opportunity at a great sales organization
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate critical thinking (Ability to understand Installed Base strategy, provide consultative analysis)
- Show effective Communication (Ability to combine complex data and analyses into actionable business plans which facilitate decision-making; ability to engage in active listening and draw out key conclusions from colleagues, Partner and Customer relationships)
- Be motivated with a passion for sales
- Have a proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritize workload
- Have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be a self-starter with the ability to follow through on projects assigned and the ability to learn new tools
- Possess strong skills in cross functional collaboration
- Be flexible to changes in priorities based on changes in business needs
- Have the ability to align schedule with various time zones (M-F)
- Requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of sales related experience
Responsibilities
- Make outbound phone and email communications to both existing Customers and Channel Partners
- Recommend business solutions considering customer needs and SonicWall interests
- Utilize installed product subscription records and reporting to drive increases in active subscribers within the Installed Base
- Liaise between Customers, Partners, and other members of the SonicWall sales organization
- Drive Lifecycle Management process improvements amongst Partners and Customers
- Enhance and further build relationships with existing customers based upon knowledge of SonicWallβs technology, products, and services
- Support various NOAM territories on an as-needed basis
- Work with leadership on execution of targeted outreach efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience within the technology industry is a plus
- Experience with remote/hybrid work environments
