Summary

The Reports Manager Specialist is responsible for creating scorecards, managing data, generating reports, and performing additional tasks as assigned by the manager in a car parts e-commerce company. The position requires 5+ years of experience in fulfillment analytics, intermediate proficiency in Excel, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Scorecard Creation: Develop and maintain Fulfillment SPP Scorecards to track key performance indicators
• MCR Management: Update MCR receiving statuses for all inbound shipments and audit MCRs prior to release
• Reporting: Create and manage various reports as needed to support the Fulfillment Department
• Data Management: Generate weekly and monthly Fulfillment Actuals files
• Issue Tracking: Create Zendesk tickets for SKU inspection
