Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Demonstrate excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Possess solid customer service skills
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills
  • Exhibit a collaborative and proactive customer service approach; be highly solution focused
  • Demonstrate effective client management (internal) skills
  • Show the ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Be a self-motivator with an interest and enthusiasm for research and problem solving
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate/advanced skills in Word and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Review and assign projects using project management software (Asana)
  • Manage client sample projects by utilizing sample delivery tools (proprietary software and vendors)
  • Ensure overall research excellence from design through delivery
  • Develop and maintain quality and productivity standards for all projects
  • Partner, engage, and collaborate with client services by advising/consulting on best research practices
  • Serve as a resource for client services and operations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Understand and monitor external project budgets, investigate issues and recommend appropriate actions
  • Oversee coordination of fieldwork for client sample studies, troubleshoot and implement creative solutions
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., translation, sample)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have market research experience
  • Have experience with Salesforce
  • Have experience with email deliverability, Sendgrid and anti-spam laws
