Summary
Join Method's Residency Program, an immersive 8-10 week summer program offering hands-on experience in product management, design, data, or software engineering. As a resident, you'll participate in end-to-end product development, receive mentorship from industry experts, and collaborate with peers to build a digital product. The program is paid at $18/hr (or Pound equivalent for UK residents) and includes a travel stipend. Open to recent or soon-to-be graduates from undergraduate or graduate programs, bootcamps, or those making a career switch with limited professional experience. The program is primarily hybrid, with both in-person and remote components. While a full-time role isn't guaranteed, the program provides valuable experience and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Be 18 years or older with eligible work authorization
- Be a recent or soon-to-be graduate from an undergraduate college or university (Juniors, Seniors)
- Be a recent or soon-to-be graduate from a graduate school program
- Be a recent or soon-to-be graduate from a bootcamp or technical program
- Have limited years of professional experience in their field of interest (for career switchers)
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into end-to-end product development
- Receive direct mentorship in your area of interest from industry experts
- Work alongside your peers to build a digital product
- Experience the end to end product development lifecycle from ideation, research, design, prototyping, engineering, & deploying an MVP
Preferred Qualifications
Portfolio is required for almost all disciplines
