Summary

Join Age of Learning as an Account Executive in Northern California's Schools Division! Reporting to the Director, Regional Sales, you'll collaborate with sales leaders to build our schools' business. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, engage in field sales, and generate significant revenue. Responsibilities include exceeding sales targets, collaborating with various teams, managing proposals, and building customer relationships. This remote position requires Northern California residency and 50% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven success in consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in Sales Management Software
  • Must have experience selling to schools in Northern California
  • This is a remote position but must live in Northern California (Bay Area, Sacramento, or Modesto preference)
  • Travel required 50% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets as described in the commission plan
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success leadership to strategically build Age of Learningโ€™s presence in the schoolโ€™s market
  • Document all prospect and customer activities in salesforce and participate in pipeline reviews
  • Negotiate and manage proposals to ensure profitable and scalable sales activity
  • Demonstrate knowledge of My Math Academy and My Reading Academy products to educate, present, and converse fluently and comfortably with all customer levels
  • Effectively execute a sales plan to initiate first-time sales to new customers and expand sales with existing customers through repeat and expansion sales
  • Manage prospect and customer relationships to maximize customer exuberance and revenue
  • Develop key contacts and work with them to successfully move them through each stage of the sales process
  • Attend meetings and training and perform other duties as may be reasonably required
  • Provide support on key accounts as designated by the VP of Sales

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce experience preferred
