Summary
Join Sharebite's team as a Restaurant Sales Associate and help expand our network of restaurant partners. You will identify and sign high-quality restaurants and caterers, explaining the value of Sharebite and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Responsibilities include managing inbound leads, conducting targeted outreach, communicating Sharebite's value proposition, qualifying leads, and documenting progress. You will also partner with onboarding and operations teams and continuously seek ways to improve sales and onboarding workflows. This role requires 2-3 years of sales or business development experience, a proven track record of closing deals, Salesforce experience, and restaurant industry or food tech platform experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, including equity and multiple health insurance options.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with the restaurant industry or food tech platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to your audience
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and identify new outbound opportunities aligned with Sharebite’s ideal restaurant profile, including specific client requests
- Conduct targeted outreach to high-potential restaurants via phone, email, or other channels to schedule meetings or close deals on the spot
- Communicate Sharebite’s value proposition and guide prospects through the full sales cycle from intro to signed agreement
- Qualify leads, maintain a healthy pipeline, and document progress accurately in Salesforce and internal tools
- Partner with onboarding and operations to collect necessary materials and ensure a smooth go-live for new partners
- Continuously look for ways to improve sales and onboarding workflows for speed and scalability
- Bring high energy, ownership, and a positive attitude to your daily work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or selling to restaurants
- Knowledge of POS systems or restaurant delivery tech
