You'll drive demand planning for 200+ weekly programs, manage the sample inventory supply chain, and ensure kiosk replenishment and merchandising. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach. This role requires managing multiple projects, communicating effectively, and collaborating with others. The position offers a distributed work environment within the continental US, with potential for occasional travel.
Requirements
- Have 2-3 years of professional experience
- Have a Bachelorβs degree in supply chain, industrial operations, or related field
- Be expert in Microsoft Excel
- Have intermediate skills in SQL/MySQL, Python
- Have introductory knowledge of Quicksite
- Be familiar with Six Sigma, Supply Chain, Retail and Inventory Management concepts and terminology
- Demonstrate success of driving results through problem solving and data
Responsibilities
- Create sample demand plans by location
- Analyze sample usage, traffic and engagement trends to create the inventory forecast needed to support each kiosk in the network
- Review sample inventory and utilization on a daily basis to drive allocations that align with club demand, inventory utilization and cost targets using a combination of historical data and on-demand forecasting to adjust store-level inventory quantities
- Analyze program results/trends to create insights, identify opportunities and make recommendations on how to deliver better results for our retail and brand partners
- Investigate, analyze and provide support for weekly program execution as it pertains to instore merchandising, correct on-screen programming, on-shelf merchandise availability and product health
- Analyze program results/trends to create insights, identify opportunities and make recommendations on how to deliver better results at lower cost and higher customer satisfaction
- Provide direction for the 3PL warehouse operations to ensure samples arrive on-time and on-budget to our retail partners
- Maintain strong data integrity, manage weekly/monthly reporting and key success metrics, resolve inbound receiving and outbound shipment issues, provide direction on inventory rework, and ensure third-party vendor accountability through weekly communication and priority setting
- Drive operational actions and process improvements based on data insights that will enhance the customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
Have experience in retail or CPG supply chain inventory management
