Revenue Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Revenue Analyst and support the Commercial Operations department by analyzing data to understand business and market trends to increase company revenue and efficiency. You will use data to identify patterns and trends, analyze internal and external data, and communicate findings through reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as is auditing data feeds and configuring system settings. You will also prepare revenue projections and discuss market conditions with stakeholders. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with several years of experience in business/financial analysis and a strong understanding of statistical tools and business reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business System Analysis, or equivalent practical experience
• Two (2) or more years of experience in business/financial analysis
• Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or related field
• Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to learn and execute new software applications

Responsibilities

• Use data to understand business and market, patterns and trends
• Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research
• Communicate analysis findings to company through standard and ad hoc reports
• Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Audit data feeds for abnormalities or erroneous data
• Configure system settings for various vacation rental markets to optimize rate settings
• Prepare Revenue projections for potential unit acquisitions and forecast market performance
• Discuss with market shareholders current market conditions and trends
