Summary

Join Field Nation as a Revenue Operations Analyst and play a key role in supporting and optimizing the revenue operations strategy. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, FP&A, revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Experience in creating and maintaining sales forecasts and performance reports in Excel, Salesforce, or Tableau
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Ability to work with large data sets, perform data analysis, and provide actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with presenting analyses with strong conclusions and recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular reporting on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leading indicators with timeliness and 100% accuracy
  • Analyze revenue performance metrics, identify trends, and deliver insights to support sales, marketing, and customer success strategies
  • Capture full-funnel Lead-to-Opportunity metrics with advice on areas we can adjust to hit sales targets
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and track KPIs, setting clear objectives for revenue growth
  • Partner with RevOps Leadership to streamline and improve internal processes for lead management, sales pipeline tracking, and customer retention
  • Ensure data integrity across various platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and perform regular data quality checks
  • Assist in the creation of Salesforce dashboards and reports to help monitor and optimize revenue generation efforts
  • Review monthly commission payout and report on payout vs performance to ensure commission plans are driving the right behavior
