Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working on a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Operations team in a highly strategic, analytical role within a high-growth company
  • Proven ability to build high-trust relationships with a wide range of people across all levels of the organization
  • Possess a bias toward action, strong work ethic, and have experience driving operational outcomes under tight timelines, and a history of being scrappy
  • Have a penchant for digging deeply into the data, thinking from first principles, and iterating quickly to deliver results
  • Excellent skills in analyzing large data sets and using insights to build a story and provide data-driven insights for senior management
  • Highly operational, ready to shift between strategic, cross-functional projects, add efficiencies and improve processes
  • Be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, taking on challenging problems, breaking them down in a structured way and driving them to successful outcomes
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to think strategically, act tactfully, and write effectively

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the reporting and analytics function

  • Be a trusted partner and advisor to the sales team and cross-functional business partners
  • Develop presentations that analyze and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for sales leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Tackle ambiguous, open-ended questions around our go-to-market motion, iterate and implement solutions that deliver measurable results
  • Partner with our Business Intelligence and Reporting teams to implement and manage reports, dashboards and analytics
  • Track and analyze key metrics ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy of reporting across all areas of the revenue organization, from lead to bookings
  • Incubate, scope, and execute on new initiatives around sales productivity, business performance, forecasting and enablement
  • Implement and manage improvements to Salesforce CRM and other key rev org tools ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business
  • Develop operational processes and add efficiencies to drive analytics adoption from leadership and individual contributors, delivering actionable insights at scale

Preferred Qualifications

  • Investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or hedge fund experience
  • Experience in product or project management, taking projects from conception to launch
  • SQL or Python experience and the ability to manipulate data within a database, or willingness and aptitude to learn
