Summary

The Revenue Marketing Manager will focus on driving revenue growth by executing marketing strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand the customer journey, analyze data, and optimize efforts. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, proven experience in marketing, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and tools, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience (5+ yrs) in marketing, marketing communications, b2c marketing, or related roles in fintech or financial services

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand-aligned and revenue-focused marketing strategies that drive loan conversion rates and enhance customer loyalty
• Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns to convert leads and guide prospects through the loan conversion funnel
• Collaborate closely with other Marketing units, Product Marketing, Portfolio, Operations, and Client Success Teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and identify new growth opportunities
• Analyze customer journey data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and reducing drop-offs
• Support optimization of marketing automation and CRM systems to enhance lead nurturing and conversion efficiency
• Conduct A/B testing, measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies
