Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience (5+ yrs) in marketing, marketing communications, b2c marketing, or related roles in fintech or financial services
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective growth marketing strategies that have driven significant customer acquisition and revenue growth with measurable business results
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making and performance-tracking
  • Mature experience in campaign development, implementation, and optimization (end-to-end project management)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and tools, including digital platforms, CRM, analytics tools
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand-aligned and revenue-focused marketing strategies that drive loan conversion rates and enhance customer loyalty
  • Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns to convert leads and guide prospects through the loan conversion funnel
  • Collaborate closely with other Marketing units, Product Marketing, Portfolio, Operations, and Client Success Teams
  • Analyze customer journey data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and reducing drop-offs
  • Support optimization of marketing automation and CRM systems to enhance lead nurturing and conversion efficiency
  • Conduct A/B testing, measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies
