Revenue Operations Analyst

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator, including building automations, reports, and dashboards
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, with the ability to take open ended questions and build queries to answer them
• A solid foundation in an engineering, technical, or analytical discipline
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive and resourceful attitude, with a bias towards action and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Work closely with go-to-market teams to ensure CRM data quality and reliable workflow performance
• Support a global sales team by handling data management and system troubleshooting requests
• Build and maintain tools and automations within Salesforce to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Leverage SQL to create custom reports and visualizations that address key business questions
• Collaborate closely with sales, data, and product teams to understand their needs and develop scalable solutions that enhance execution
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and integrations to ensure the accuracy and consistency of revenue-related data
• Proactively identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive scalability and efficiency across revenue operations
