Revenue Operations Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Revenue Operations Analyst at Triptease, a fast-growing tech company in the online travel industry. The role is remote and based in Portugal. The employee will optimize revenue processes through data analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a data analyst role supporting sales/marketing organisations, preferably in SaaS
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel, SQL) with the ability to visualise data effectively
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other related marketing and sales tools
• Familiarity with the rhythm of the business reporting and development of KPIs and OKRs
• Commercial acumen with an understanding of sales funnels, processes, data, and financial metrics associated with building a revenue team
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Comfort with working under ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing business needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field or experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical exposure to AI-enabled tools and leveraging AI to drive revenue growth
• Experience in successfully rolling out lead/opportunity attribution reporting and lead scoring
