Summary

Join TeamSnap as a Revenue Operations Analyst to lead forecasting, tracking, and reporting efforts for our B2B Advertising and B2B Sports Organization lines of business. This role is key in ensuring our companyโ€™s revenue strategies are aligned and effective.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a revenue operations, financial analysis, or similar role within a B2B environment
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in forecasting tools and software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems, BI tools)
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts for B2B Advertising and B2B Sports Organization lines of business
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to create reliable and actionable forecasting models
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure forecasts align with company objectives
  • Identify, track, and analyze key revenue drivers across both lines of business
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health of the business and uncover opportunities for growth
  • Provide insights into the effectiveness of revenue strategies and recommend adjustments based on data analysis
  • Create and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into revenue performance for key stakeholders
  • Deliver regular reports and presentations to executive leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms
  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and initiatives
  • Support the sales team with data-driven insights to optimize pipeline management and close rates
  • Work closely with the marketing team to assess the impact of campaigns on revenue performance
  • Refine and improve forecasting methodologies and key driver tracking processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive
  • Proactively identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to increase efficiency
