Summary

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to support our US team by improving the operational model, mapping workflows, defining audit processes, optimizing order management, and consolidating central recruiting team infrastructure. The role requires 2+ years of experience in analytically intense positions, significant experience in similar roles, a Bachelor's degree in quant-heavy fields, strong interpersonal skills, and full fluency in English.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in analytically intense, project management-heavy positions
• Significant experience in similar roles such as Sales Ops, Biz Ops, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or another quant-heavy field
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
• Full fluency in English; another language would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Map and document key operational workflows for revenue-related processes
• Define and implement audit processes to ensure operational compliance
• Develop and optimize order management and resource allocation systems
• Support the consolidation of infrastructure for the central recruiting team
