Revenue & Operations Analyst

Requirements

• Educational background in Mathematics, Business or Data Science
• 2+ years of experience in similar role, preferably in high-growth SaaS environment
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools, ideally PowerBI
• Experience with Hubspot a strong asset
• Knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to gain insights and identify trends to support strategic decision-making
• Create BI Dashboards for each department and maintain, analyze and provide insights on the data from them
• Maintain these reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Assist department leads with the implementation of new software and the transfer of data between software platforms and databases
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Support all Revenue-Operations activities including creating reports in Hubspot and providing insights to leadership
• Assist in the preparation of data for on-sites and key company meetings
• Support in capacity planning for department requirements
• Implement data collection and management strategies to optimize operations
• Support end-users to understand their system reporting capabilities, available data, and any report/analysis produced
• Drive transformative change
• Explore new sources of data; communicate and present insight opportunities to business teams across the organization
