Join our team as a Revenue Operations Architect and lead the charge in optimizing our revenue cycle. You will leverage advanced business intelligence, technical expertise, and operational leadership to design and implement processes that drive growth. You will be responsible for managing our revenue platform (Clari), optimizing processes, and enhancing our tech stack. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles within SaaS organizations
- Expertise in business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for data visualization and strategic insights
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting
- Proven mastery of Clari as a Revenue Platform, including setup, management, and team adoption
- Strong experience with CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub) and the ability to design and manage CPQ processes
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and integrations within a modern RevOps tech stack
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and leadership
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on results and scalability
Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced business intelligence tools and methodologies to analyze and visualize performance metrics, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions
- Build and maintain complex data models in Excel and business intelligence platforms to support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting
- Serve as the companyβs expert on Clari, ensuring it is fully utilized for accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales execution
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable processes that enhance efficiency across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to renewal
- Partner with Sales and Finance to streamline deal cycles, improve quote accuracy using our in-house CPQ, and help evolve this process
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the RevOps tech stack, including tools like Salesforce, Clari, and analytics platforms, to improve scalability and integration
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, ensuring alignment on revenue goals, processes, and tools
- Maintain data integrity across all systems, enabling consistent and actionable reporting. Design dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to provide leadership with real-time insights
