Join Certn, a fast-growing global technology company revolutionizing background screening, as their Revenue Operations Lead. This senior individual contributor role will be the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, focusing on designing processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure to drive operational excellence and revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and collaborating with the CFO and Chief Commercial Officer, you will build the operational foundation for the company's global expansion. You will own go-to-market operations, ensuring alignment, consistency, and efficiency across all functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and data-driven individual with a hands-on, problem-solving approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles within SaaS
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience guiding teams in high-growth or startup environments
- Deep expertise in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and other GTM systems, with hands-on experience managing CRM operational hygiene
- Strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or related post-grad credentials preferred
- Experience scaling GTM operations across global teams and multiple regions (North America, EMEA, APAC is a plus)
- Ability to connect strategic objectives to tactical workflows and tooling
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure with a sharp focus on execution and results
- Comfortable navigating cross-functional ambiguity while bringing structure and clarity
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex ops topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with executive leaders on strategic planning, pricing, and forecasting
- Highly collaborative and comfortable aligning across Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, Product, Engineering, and IT
- Comfortable operating independently as a team of one, prioritizing tasks, and executing with minimal supervision
- Adaptable to fast-paced, ambiguous environments and eager to iterate quickly
- Experience or a strong curiosity in utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows, analyze data, and make process improvements
Responsibilities
- Design Scalable GTM Processes: Architect and execute seamless, cross-functional workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Develop and document standardized processes that can fuel global expansion across North America, EMEA, and APAC
- Tech Stack Optimization: Own optimization of the GTM tools and systems - CRM, marketing automation, enablement, and CS platforms. Maintain operational rigour and uphold data integrity within HubSpot. Enable cross-functional teams to execute efficiently and at scale
- Revenue Execution Infrastructure: Own, manage and maintain workflows, tooling, and operating rhythms that fuel consistent revenue execution. Lead the adoption and adherence to new workflows and tools, providing training and support as needed
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive process clarity, documentation, and performance tracking to ensure every team is rowing in the same direction. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve operational gaps and inefficiencies
- Finance Partnership: Collaborate on pricing strategy, execution, and revenue reporting. Ensure tight alignment between GTM and Finance
- KPI Frameworks: Define and track operational metrics to measure funnel health, forecast accuracy, and scale readiness. Manage and improve data pipelines by partnering with data engineers, data scientists, and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights
- Operate Independently: Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operate with a strong bias for action, driving continuous improvement initiatives in a scaling environment
