Summary

Join our team as a dynamic and experienced RevOps Manager! This crucial role bridges sales, marketing, and customer success, optimizing sales and revenue operations. You will be the primary HubSpot contact, managing the CRM and ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities include developing sales enablement strategies, overseeing sales tools, and optimizing processes. Data analysis and reporting are key, along with collaboration across teams. You will also provide training and support, and manage projects related to sales enablement and revenue operations. This position requires a Bachelorโ€™s degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and expert-level HubSpot proficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Sales Enablement role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot is a must . Experience with setting up workflows, custom reports, and advanced features
  • Proficiency in using and integrating sales tools such as Slack, Avoma, Apollo, Koncert, and Warmly
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HubSpot-related activities. This includes managing and optimizing the CRM, creating and maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data integrity across the platform
  • Develop and implement strategies to enable the sales team, including creating training materials, sales playbooks, and other resources in conjunction with Marketing to support sales and adoption efforts
  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of key sales tools including Slack, Avoma, Apollo, Koncert, and Warmly. Ensure these tools are fully integrated with our sales and renewal processes, Hubspot, and marketing campaigns
  • Continuously analyze and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with others to implement solutions to streamline workflows
  • Monitor and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to sales, customer success and marketing leaders. Create regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all revenue-generating activities
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the relevant teams on Hubspot and other sales tools. Ensure all team members are proficient and utilizing tools effectively
  • Lead and manage various projects related to sales enablement, customer renewal, and revenue operations. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet the desired outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing and CS strongly preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company is a plus
