Revenue Operations Lead

Summary

Join Xplor's Fitness & Wellbeing vertical as a Revenue Operations Lead in Australia! This high-impact role focuses on business accountability, including reporting, commission execution, and retention. You will identify process improvements, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams. The position is hybrid, preferably in Melbourne, but offers a fully remote option for Australian residents with full working rights. You'll contribute to scalable RevOps processes and have opportunities for growth as the product line expands. This role involves wearing multiple hats, spanning CS Ops, GTM analytics, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Business Operations
• Strong experience in CS Ops and retention-focused reporting
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, and Salesloft as a business user or analyst
• Proven ability to define and communicate clear business requirements
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with global teams
• Must be based in Australia

Responsibilities

• Own reporting across CS and Sales with a focus on retention, pipeline health, and legacy software migration tracking
• Support the execution and tracking of Account Management compensation plans
• Define business requirements for Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, and Salesloft in partnership with Salesforce/IT team
• Build visibility into backbook migration and risk management processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational alignment and reporting consistency
• Contribute to scalable RevOps processes as the product grows

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with comp plan execution and customer migration initiatives
