Summary

Join Pacvue as a Revenue Operations Manager and partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to optimize the end-to-end revenue engine. This high-impact role requires optimizing the full revenue operations framework, including lead and account lifecycle management, revenue attribution, CRM and marketing automation systems, and cross-functional analytics. You will be responsible for operationalizing revenue goals, managing the full lead and account lifecycle, and developing a tactical RevOps roadmap. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations and a proven ability to drive strategic alignment and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the GTM org to ensure systems, data, and processes support scalable growth and a connected customer journey. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Strong experience working with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel), and full tech-stack management
  • Ability to scale processes and measurements
  • Data-Driven and ability to present key findings to key stakeholders
  • Critical thinking to help uncover blind spots in solutions or in the business
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills in fast paced working environment
  • End to end project management

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to operationalize revenue goals
  • Map and manage the full lead and account lifecycle—from acquisition through expansion
  • Develop and maintain a tactical RevOps roadmap with clearly defined initiatives, owners, and success metrics
  • Lead the execution of high-impact RevOps initiatives—such as setting up ABM programs, customer hand-offs, end to end renewal management, or redesigning pipeline stages
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery and adoption
  • Serve as the primary admin and power user of core GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, attribution tools, customer success platforms)
  • Own system architecture, workflows, field mappings, user access, and ongoing integration management
  • Evaluate new tools and drive end-to-end implementation
  • Audit, build, and maintain scalable processes for lead routing, scoring, pipeline stage management, SLAs, campaign tracking, and post-sale workflows
  • Document SOPs and configure automation rules to eliminate manual work, reduce friction, and speed up execution
  • Regularly audit databases for accuracy, deduplicate records, and manage enrichment workflows using tools like ZoomInfo or Clearbit
  • Enforce standardized field usage and data entry across teams
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and internal data handling policies
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into the full revenue funnel
  • Own recurring performance reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on MQL-to-win conversion, pipeline coverage, customer health metrics, campaign ROI, and more
  • Deliver proactive insights and recommendations to stakeholders
