Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, with a focus on SFDC Administration, data analysis, and process documentation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data sets
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Salesforce Administrator in managing and optimizing Salesforce environments
  • Support the development and maintenance of process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Help design and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency
  • Support data quality & analysis initiatives
  • Provision and manage various tools to support revenue operations and optimize RevTech for business needs
  • Collaborate with the RevOps team on various projects to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Assist in creating and delivering reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Some familiarity with RevTech tools like Gong, Apollo, Pardot, Outreach, and/or Vitally preferred
