You will play a key role in transforming revenue generation processes, fostering alignment between sales, marketing, and finance teams. This position requires collaborating with various departments to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies, analyze sales data, optimize the lead-to-cash cycle, and improve data quality. You will also design forecasting models, manage sales processes, and support the implementation of automation tools. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience with Salesforce, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

  • A minimum of an undergraduate degree in engineering, business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience working in a revenue growth related field
  • Problem-solving skills with an analytical approach, combined with a strong business judgment
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics, sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Strong in translating data into actionable insights with the objective to improve business processes
  • Proficiency in presenting analyses and newly implemented processes in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive team player who is willing to take on new initiatives with a "Can do" attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
  • Excellent oral and written English speaking skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, customer success and CEO Office to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Optimize the full lead-to-cash cycle aiming improvements in efficiency and revenue growth
  • Improve data quality across the organization to enforce data-based decision making
  • Design and implement sales forecasting models to accurately predict revenue projections
  • Manage and optimize sales processes, including lead management, pipeline management, and deal closure
  • Support the implementation and management of sales and marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics to track revenue goals and objectives to support performance reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain centralized training and documentation center for sales, marketing and CS processes
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve the adoption of relevant teams to the processes and technologies
  • Oversee operational and administrative tasks related to revenue operations, and support different teams in case of need
