Requirements

  • 2-4 years in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, data segmentation, and campaign performance improvements
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to enhance campaign performance and generate a strong inbound pipeline
  • Analyze marketing data to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and customer acquisition funnels, sharing actionable recommendations with the team
  • Maintain data integrity, quality, and segmentation of inbound and self-serve leads to support targeted marketing strategies
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Continuously improve lead generation, scoring, and nurturing programs to boost conversions
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and retaining customers, aligning with sales objectives
  • Oversee external vendor relationships and ensure smooth functioning of marketing technology platforms
  • Create detailed documentation for processes, A/B testing frameworks, and performance reporting to drive consistent improvement
