Join Mercury's Revenue Strategy & Operations team as a force multiplier, leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance the go-to-market organization's capabilities, processes, and results. You will work with Sales, Relationship Management, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to solve challenges, own high-impact initiatives, leverage data for decision-making, and build creative solutions. The ideal candidate possesses experience in strategic project leadership, strong ownership, exceptional stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to navigate complex business problems. Requirements
- Prior experience leading strategic projects or programs, such as in consulting, Business Operations, Sales or Revenue Operations, Program Manager, or other applicable roles
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and can approach new problems with curiosity and first-principles thinking
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, build consensus and influence across teams and senior-level stakeholders
- Experience in decision-making through data, including a proficiency in leveraging reporting platforms (Looker, Salesforce, Tableau, gSheets, etc.) to manipulate data and extract insights
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure and simplicity to a variety of complex and ambiguous business problems
- Ability to work independently to identify issues and proactively propose, build and implement the solutions to address them from the ground up
- Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of when to escalate urgent issues and to whom
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and time management and prioritization skills
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with go-to-market teams including Sales, Relationship Management, Partnerships and Marketing to identify and solve sticky challenges
- Own high-impact initiatives for months, quarters or possibly years, defining problem statements, developing and driving alignment around solutions, overseeing implementation and measuring impact
- Leverage data to identify the biggest opportunities and drive decision-making
- Get creative, building solutions that leverage novel approaches and innovative technologies while balancing scalability with speed
- Build relationships across a wide range of stakeholders and deliver impact through collaboration and consensus
