Collaboration with internal teams and seamless inter-departmental transfers are key responsibilities. You will also create sales enablement materials and provide ongoing support and training.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or comparable work experience
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data management, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Familiarity with RevOps principles and ability to apply them in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Be the owner of our core revenue generating technology components. Own and manage the RevOps tech stack, including CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), CPQ (DealHub), and revenue intelligence platforms (Gong)
- Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into pipeline health, sales forecasting, and revenue growth
- Connect all the systems and ensure they remain operational for our global users. Manage data integrity within the CRM and other operational systems, ensuring data is clean, organized, and current
- Identify and remove inefficiencies or bottlenecks in workflows, ensuring teams can operate effectively
- Manage end-to-end process documentation and provide ongoing recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure systems are used efficiently and data is integrated across platforms
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure collaboration and alignment on goals, processes, and strategies
- Ensure that handoffs between departments are seamless and provide operational support where needed
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales enablement materials, including playbooks, onboarding processes, and training resources
- Provide ongoing support and training to sales and marketing teams on tools, processes, and reporting systems
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot, DealHub, and Gong experience are strongly preferred
- Experience with SaaS businesses
- Understanding of the customer lifecycle and revenue optimization strategies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
