Summary

Join Deel's Deal Desk team as a Senior Deal Desk Associate, RFP and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and supporting revenue growth. You will own the end-to-end RFP process, collaborating with Sales, Legal, Security, and Product teams. Responsibilities include intake, prioritization, and execution of RFPs, ensuring high-quality responses that showcase Deel's capabilities. You will partner with the Sales team to win competitive deals through strategic RFP execution and contribute to scaling and optimizing the RFP function. This high-impact role directly contributes to winning deals, improving sales efficiency, and scaling operations to match Deel's global growth. Your ability to manage complexity, deliver high-quality work, and collaborate effectively will improve deal outcomes and alleviate operational strain.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in RFP management, pre-sales, bid management, or related sales operations roles
  • Excellent project management skills โ€“ you know how to drive complex deliverables under pressure and on deadline
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail โ€“ youโ€™re a natural at translating technical input into client-friendly messaging
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and time zones, with the ability to align stakeholders quickly
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environmentsโ€”you thrive at Deel speed

Responsibilities

  • Own the full RFP lifecycle: intake, qualification, project management, response creation, final submission, and post-mortem reviews
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Product, Security, etc.) to gather accurate, compelling responses
  • Ensure all submissions are aligned with Deel's value proposition, tone, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with existing RFP team members to develop and maintain a central knowledge base (e.g., via tools like Alicia)
  • Improve and standardize processes, templates, and playbooks to support faster, higher-quality RFP execution
  • Monitor KPIs to assess efficiency, win rates, and overall RFP impact
  • Drive continuous improvement in RFP workflows, tools, and team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus: experience supporting global sales teams, especially in HRTech, SaaS, or B2B software
